The International Film Festival at Goa will take place from November 22 to December 2. Vasanthabalan’s ‘Angadi Theru’ and Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ravanan’ are to be screened at the festival.
Seeing the 140 films to be screened at the festival, 26 Indian language filsm have been chosen by a committee headed by N Chandra.
‘Ravanan’ directed by Mani Ratnam and featuring Vikram, Prithviraj and Aishwarya Rai and ‘Angadi Theru’ featuring Anjali and directed by Vasanthabalan have been selected for screening. Malayalam film ‘Athma Katha’ directed by Premlal is also to be screened at the fest.
