Although Lindsay is a woman, the judge ordered that within 24 hours of release, Lindsay must be fitted with a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring device. Lindsay, who now had been in jail for 13 days out of a 90 days this July, was sent back behind the bars the second time when she was a failure to two court-ordered drug tests, testing positive for cocaine and amphetamine abuse. It was believed that Judge Fox would send Lindsay Lohan, 24, back to rehab instead of prison.

After receiving word Monday that Lohan flunked a drug test, Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden Fox revoked her probation and issued a no-bail bench warrant, requiring the actress to show up to the court hearing in person or face arrest. “She’s scared she might have to go back to jail,” the New York Daily News quoted a source as telling “This is a wake-up call for her in a way. In the past, she dismissed everything, never took it seriously and now she’s like ‘Oh [expletive], something bad could happen,’ ” the source added. (ANI)
